1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the website constructionreportingapps.com and any related applications, services, or software (collectively the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service. By creating an account or subscribing to any plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your company.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

ConstructionReportingApps.com provides cloud-based daily construction reporting software designed for General Contractors, Heavy Civil Contractors, Utility Contractors, Concrete Contractors, Paving Contractors, Site Development Contractors, and Specialty Trade Contractors.

The Service includes:

  • Web-based daily report applications accessible via any modern browser
  • Basic and Premium subscription plans with varying feature sets
  • PDF export and email delivery of completed daily reports
  • Customized reporting configurations based on subscriber preferences
  • Access to demonstration versions of available report types

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

3.1 Available Plans

ConstructionReportingApps.com offers the following subscription plans:

  • Basic Plan: Includes personnel tracking, equipment log, subcontractor documentation, safety reporting, work performed log, PDF export and email delivery
  • Premium Plan: Includes all Basic features plus visitor and inspector log, field directed changes, weather conditions and delays, enhanced subcontractor detail, and full claims protection documentation

3.2 Per-User Pricing

All subscriptions are priced on a per-user, per-month basis as follows:

Basic Plan:

  • 1-4 users: $17.00 per user per month
  • 5 or more users: $12.00 per user per month

Premium Plan:

  • 1-4 users: $27.00 per user per month
  • 5-9 users: $22.00 per user per month
  • 10 or more users: $17.00 per user per month

3.3 Pricing Changes

Pricing is subject to change every six months. Existing subscribers will receive no less than thirty (30) days advance written notice of any price changes via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month thereafter.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ConstructionReportingApps.com to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees associated with your subscription. Prices listed do not include taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at grant@constructionreportingapps.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period except as provided under our refund policy.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial subscription date by contacting grant@constructionreportingapps.com. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be honored except at the sole discretion of ConstructionReportingApps.com.

6.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. ConstructionReportingApps.com reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.

7. REPORT CUSTOMIZATION

ConstructionReportingApps.com offers customized daily reporting configurations exclusively for Premium Plan subscribers. Customization is not available for Basic Plan subscribers. Premium customization includes tailoring to each subscriber’s preferences, workflows, trade-specific requirements, and company branding. Customization requests should be submitted to grant@constructionreportingapps.com.

Customization is subject to availability and may require additional setup time. ConstructionReportingApps.com reserves the right to determine the scope and feasibility of any customization request.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • Share your login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, and materials available through the Service are owned by ConstructionReportingApps.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content of the Service.

10. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Service. ConstructionReportingApps.com will not sell your data to third parties.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ConstructionReportingApps.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONSTRUCTIONREPORTINGAPPS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall ConstructionReportingApps.com’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConstructionReportingApps.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

ConstructionReportingApps.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes via email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. TERMINATION

ConstructionReportingApps.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.
